Donnita Dewey

Donnita’s construction journey began at CMI Corporation in Oklahoma City, where she worked as a design drafter creating road construction equipment. This role allowed her to collaborate across departments—from engineering to the manufacturing floor—and helped her develop a strong appreciation for cross-functional teamwork. That collaboration led to the formation of a task force that delivered measurable results: a 20% increase in production efficiency and a 10% reduction in production waste within the first year.

She later served as a Senior Staff Analyst with ARINC, where she focused on estimating engine tool production and played a key role in the renovation of the former GM production plant at Tinker Air Force Base. Donnita also managed several minor facility upgrades within Building 3001, including enhancements to break rooms and conference spaces—small but meaningful changes that supported daily operations.

Her career continued with Nabholz Construction in Oklahoma City and Red Sky Constructors in Edmond, where she advanced her expertise in estimating and project management. It was during this time that she discovered a true passion: helping schools across Oklahoma build safe, functional spaces—especially storm shelters and student-centered facilities. Over the years, she’s led diverse projects including multi-purpose buildings, renovations, athletic complexes, vocational-agriculture (VO-Ag) buildings, libraries, community centers, and city parks.

Beyond her professional roles, Donnita is deeply committed to elevating women in the construction industry. She has been an active member of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) for many years and is a proud founding member of the Oklahoma City Chapter #383—helping create a supportive community for women professionals in the field.

In May 2025, Donnita partnered with the founders of Texoma Masonry to launch 1ntegrity Construction Group in Rush Springs, Oklahoma. Together, their leadership team brings more than 60 years of combined experience to every project. Donnita is passionate about delivering work that reflects purpose, precision, and the highest ethical standards—because she believes trust is the foundation of every structure they build.
